About Us

Fort Wayne Area PTA Council was organized in 1960 under the authority of Indiana PTA for the purpose of leadership training and coordination of the efforts of the local PTAs within the Fort Wayne area.  The council serves as a liaison between the local units and Indiana PTA.  As such, we are a resource and support system to help answer questions for local PTA leaders.  Fort Wayne Area PTA Council supports 48 local PTA units and advocates for all children.
