Financial Forms

Below you will find examples of downloadable copies of financial paperwork you should be using to keep your books organized. Please make sure you are using income/expense forms for all transactions and have receipts and/or documentation attached to each.
To get a copy of the budget and check register spreadsheet presented at the Treasurer Trainings please email Mandy.
Has a business or vendor donated to your unit and you need to provide them with a donation letter? We have provided you with one at this link that you can edit for your unit!

Did you travel or drive doing errands for your PTA? You can be reimbursed by your unit. Don't forget to include any maps showing directions. 

Bylaws

Please let your FSR know if you need a copy of your current bylaws. We will be working with all of our units this year to get your bylaws updated with Indiana PTA.

PLEASE DO NOT CHANGE ANY TIMES, SCHEDULES, DUES AMOUNTS, ETC UNTIL YOU RECEIVE YOUR APPROVED BYLAWS BACK FROM INDIANA PTA.
